1. How to raise a complaint
Send the complaint by email to info@palladiumlegal.co.uk. Use the subject line Complaint and include any lead reference or correspondence reference available.
2. What to include
- Your name and preferred contact details.
- A clear description of the concern.
- The date and method of relevant communication.
- The name used by the person who contacted you.
- Copies of relevant emails, messages, or screenshots.
- The outcome you believe would resolve the concern.
Do not include passwords, one time codes, seed phrases, wallet keys, or complete payment card details.
3. What happens next
The complaint should be recorded, reviewed by an appropriate person, and acknowledged within a reasonable period. Additional information may be requested when necessary to understand the issue. The final response should explain the findings and any action proposed.
Where a separate written engagement exists, the complaints procedure and external escalation rights stated in that engagement will apply.
4. Privacy complaints
A complaint concerning personal data should clearly state that it is a privacy complaint. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom or to the relevant data protection authority in your country.
5. Impersonation and suspicious payment requests
Report any person who claims to represent Palladium Law Limited and asks for passwords, one time codes, wallet seed phrases, remote access to a device, or a payment to unlock or verify funds.
