Cookie Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by the Palladium Law Limited case enquiry landing page.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Similar technologies include local browser storage and identifiers used to remember choices or measure activity.

2. Necessary storage

The landing page stores your privacy choice under the browser storage key palladium_privacy_choice_v1. This prevents the privacy banner from appearing on every page and records whether marketing technology may be loaded.

Necessary storage supports the operation, security and privacy controls of the page. It is not used to build an advertising profile.

3. Marketing technology

When you choose to allow marketing technology and a Meta Pixel ID has been configured, the page may load Meta Pixel. Meta may use identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc to measure visits and completed enquiry events.

The supplied landing page does not load Meta Pixel before marketing permission is recorded. Rejecting non-essential technology does not prevent submission of the enquiry form.

4. Advertising parameters in the page address

The page may receive advertising parameters in its address, including UTM values or a Facebook click identifier. These values may be included with an enquiry so Palladium Law Limited can identify which advertisement generated the request. They are not required to browse the page.

5. Changing your choice

Use the Cookie settings control in the website footer to update your choice. You can also clear site data in your browser. After site data is cleared, the privacy banner will appear again.

6. Provider information

When configured, the landing page may use:

  • Vercel for website hosting and server functions.
  • Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, only where the relevant permission is recorded.
  • Resend for delivery of enquiry emails. Email delivery does not require Meta marketing cookies.
